Story:  Not much is known about Dagger’s past or personal life, and asking him would land you a tongue lashing and a knife to the throat if you caught him on a bad day. He is a lover and a fighter. He frequents the brothels, is a notorious flirt, and a just about everyone who meets him is infatuated or irritated (sometimes both). Dagger is a skilled performer and assassin. His disguises are unparalleled, to a near suspicious degree. He uses an alias, but he has a working Mark of Shadows, though it is unknown if he is from House Phiarlan or Thuranni. Many of the things Dagger does incites trouble, and his arrogance knows no bounds. With the way his schemes end, it is often difficult for the party to tell if it is the work of incompetence or brilliance. 

Dagger takes time to visit a House Sivis hub to make private calls, and meets with mysterious strangers without the attendance of the party. Dagger’s motives seem to be the most ulterior of anyone in the party. His vagueness and cavalier attitude breed distrust, despite knowing he needs the party to succeed. 

When the Patron approaches Dagger, he is in the middle of a mission to recover information. As the Patron lists possible gifts should Dagger sign on to their little deal, none piques his interest quite like the promise of knowledge...of information. Joining the Patron could open a world secrets to Dagger, but perhaps some things are better left in the shadows.
