He’s raised by marines and mostly does private intelligence/assassination work, and treated pretty poorly by the people with high enough clearance to know his parentage (which happened to be the same higher ups who raised him). Despite both his job and outward demeanor he’s actually quite friendly and empathetic, having reservations about the reach of the world government. Even farther beneath that his only true desire is to go on a vacation, but he wants to impress his boss, so he never voices it.
