β why are you looking at me like that? β Β ( garou to bang )
the last handful of months had been ... eventful, to say the least. what with his best student up and turning against the dojo, putting his other students in the hospital to recover, and then going against his teachings, calling himself a self-proclaimed monster.
it had put bang in a relatively weird headspace for a good while. he'd meditated on it often, tried to think rationally about the best course of action. he'd been teaching garou since he was just a young boy, and so to see him going against what he'd been taught him entirely, using it against his other students left him feeling drained. but it wasn't entirely garou, either. he'd seen the influence that his former student had been under, had recognized the turmoil within him after realizing his actions. garou wasn't a bad kid, no matter how much he wanted himself to appear so.
but things had played out ... differently than he'd anticipated, as well. perhaps his deeds caught up with him, perhaps he'd had a realization, of sorts. because here he was now, taken under bang's wing once more, training within the dojo where he felt garou belonged. it would be a long journey, rebuilding the trust that his student had shattered so violently. but it was a relationship that he felt was important to mend, after all the years he'd spent having his back.
β ... could just be my age catching up with me, making me sentimental ... but it's good to have you back here, garou. β
