You may know that from a @laurieandersonofficial song, or perhaps as an inscription you read on a very wide #postoffice you once saw in New York. Technically speaking it is the official motto of @usps.official. Emotionally, it is nod to the national postal services of our countries before they were privatised. The reason we choose @auspost for our logistical needs, is it allows us to reduce vehicular movements in the city. Deliveries we miss are left at their nearby office for us to collect, not driven back to our workspace again and again. Moreover, outbound parcels (our shipments to you) are taken by bicycle through the city, to the post office where vans can take over. Before starting this venture i spent almost a decade writing, speaking and consulting on the topic of bicycle tranpost, during which time i became friends with many at vanguard of what is called #cyclelogistics, for example @bicycle_architect @colvilleandersen and @cargobikefest. There was no way i was going to start a manufacturing business in my city and turn my back on that learning. Don't run your business is a thoughtless manner.
