Moving her way through the crowd, Himiko was quick to note shouting coming from a nearby direction. Out of sheer curiosity, she sought it out and soon found an odd-looking man shouting; so, he was the source of the noise.
Looking around, Himiko soon saw what the issue was: there had been a car accident in the street, and though there was no one injured, it seemed that this man had taken it upon himself to try and direct traffic. Most pedestrians seemed to ignore him, and any other motorists were already finding different routes. It was an issue that seemed to be handling itself, so Himiko wondered why this man was doing what he was. Was he just that oblivious to his surroundings?
On a whim, Himiko approached him, and decided to speak up.
“Hey.”
“Did you know how loud you’re being? It’s kind of annoying.”
