the scariest movies i have ever seen (literally traumatized me?) were 1. blair witch (saw it when i was 12, parents had it on tv and just let me watch it for some fucking reason!!!) 2. V/H/S (very good, especially the succubus one) 3. The Bay (not great but it actually induced a legitimate phobia of insects in me at age 18). these are objectively the best found footage movies. also REC and the tunnel are good. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just my horror onion
VHS IS SO GOOD mooooooosssstly, i fucking hate the whole intro sequence with dudes assaulting women, but beyond that its a GREAT series and absolutely how the anthology style story should be approached
