No, Alastair didnât want to either. Heâd taken his chances on Charlie S; heâd assumed the man was the one and it hadnât turned out like that. Could that be Aidan instead? Throughout all of it, though, this Charlie had been there for him. It was a lot to think about... a lot to deal with... but he couldnât deny how he felt when he was around Aidan.Â
With a sigh, Alastair ran a hand through his hair, giving it a slight tug just once (he wasnât sure why that made him feel a little better but it did). He drank the rest of the drink in his hand.
âI didnât mean for this to happen.â He added, running a finger over the table he was sat at.
