At the end of my street there's a house with a light outside the garage that's flickering

And I can't decide if it's flickering slow enough to be morse code

Or if its flickering enough to say there's a demon in their garage

If it's the latter I have follow up questions

If it's the former imma need to grab my friend who knows morse code

1. Safety for EVERYONE is our highest priority. This includes the accused.

2. Reporting individuals to authorities will be necessary only under the guises of

- Threats (IE: Talking about buying guns in the context of hurting others)

Example: (From a real instance) “I had a vision of a very public place, only one way in and one way out. Preferably a bar/club on a busy night. 2019 has a lot in store if my plans go according”

- Excessive suspicious behavior, (yes I know that’s kind of vague but everything will be judged on a case by case basis. If we can’t decide, then they will be merely listed as a regular condoner, and not reported unless there is a mass public outcry.)

3. False accusations will not be taken lightly. If we investigate a blog, or if sent screenshots are photoshopped, you will be banned from making any more tips.

4. Any doxxing that isn’t under the intentions of reporting it to authorities is unacceptable, and any tipper or admin caught doing it will be removed, and called out.

1. All tippers will remain anonymous unless asked otherwise. All admins that undermine this rule will be removed.
