Are you for real asking me this? Oh my goodness. I waited so long for a message like that (and that makes me sound like such a loser)

But okay.

Ashton was very small when he realized that he loved make up but especially nail polish. Even as a kid, Ashton loved to just sit there and watch while his mum was polishing her nails. And one day when Lauren has no one to play but she really wants to play with her new make up kit and after a lot of whining, Ashton choses to play with her. And that’s how he ends up with polished nails for the first time. But they are black!!! So it’s nothing tragic. All of his idols have done that at some point. (And no one at school actually dares to mess with Ashton because Michael and Calum are frightening enough but then there is also this tall and bulky Luke)

At some point the black nail polish changes to pink and red and purple after he finds out that his mum is totally okay with it. But at first he doesn’t dare wear it school and removes it always.

Ashton hasn’t told his friends about all of this and has gotten so comfortable wearing make up at home that he doesn’t notice that he has put lipgloss on when the doorbell rings and Luke is suddenly standing in front of him. Only after Luke’s intense staring at his lips, that makes him very flustered, Ashton remembers the lipgloss and hastily wipes it away with his sleeve. Luke raises his hand to prevent Ashton from doing that but is too late so he only says. “Why did you do that? You looked cute with it.”

Ashton putting on girls perfume, Luke giving Ashton a hug and noting the smell so he hugs Ashton for longer than necessary just so he can sniff him a little, Ashton beaming after the hug and Luke whispering tino Ashton’s ear at lunch. “I love your perfume.”
