When Hanna first lets Monty out of his crate in the mornings he almost always comes bounding into my room to check on me and get half-on my bed to give me a good morning lick <3

Monty has a stuffed duck that is suffering from several burst seams and upon seeing that there was stuffing across the floor I started putting it back in. Of course me holding one end of the duck meant that it was time for tug of war, so he starts trying to get hold of the other end. "Monty, hold up, I'm trying to stuff his butt again." And from the couch, a bewildered Hanna says "...That's what she said..?"

Maybe I’m a bad person but I’m always going to laugh at Monty getting up on the couch. He can jump, he totally can. But when he wants to look pitiful he gets his front leg and as much of his body on the couch as possible and then scrambles and it’s honestly hilarious.

Honestly I didn't know how much I missed the sound of sleeping dog breathing <3
