M&Ms is a brand that make a lot of publish about their new products, make the customer decide what product their prefer and the presentation that they want the product have so it´s so functional actually because the brand interact with their customer, making different dynamics, not always customer choice the flavour or the colour, so it makes different, original and unique how they manage their communications, publish, marketing, etc; evolving with new environment and new actuality but if the brand stops doing this type of dynamics or interactions with the customer they can can fall, what i said or think that, beacause the customers are accostumed, but how I said before the brand has been updated as the years go by.
The brand really care their customer and that´s why they do what they do, It is also why the brand has not stopped growing, the innovation that they put to each original or new product.
