Shipped my headphones to the UK of all places to get them fixed and modded. I may be insane but this is the finished product and its currently en route back to me.. This review is from a customer based in the USA. First off started with questions to ensure this was the proper mod/SKU for my Denon AH-D2000. I worked very closely with James Crew and Jason Rhys-Thomas through the entire process from beginning to end. They were very patient with answering all my questions and walking me through the entire process end to end.

As you can imagine shipping from USA to UK is exorbitant and their modding prices while fair aren’t something I would take lightly which is why I had 21 questions.

Once I had all my questions/reassurances answered I packaged and shipped my headphones to travel halfway across the world.

They had an extremely quick turn around time and shipped it back using express.

I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I had chosen the detachable cable mod, upgraded cables, and dampening mod. The sound quality is undoubtedly better and the detachable cable provides convenience while looking leagues better aesthetically with my color selection and craftsmanship CustomCans provided. For anyone with any doubts, hopefully this review settles them.

I could not find any headphone modders stateside worth my time. I went through the trouble of going through this UK based shop and couldn’t be happier.

Minor update. Ordered another cable 2.5m in length turquoise/gray because I’m in love with their cables. Also swapped my previous purple/navy 1m for a longer 1.5m length. Fin!
