Catch me fangirling for every sunset, ever.

Today was pretty productive but I know I can do better than that! It's just that learning and rewritting these essays takes lots of time and is very monotonous which leads me to start thinking about anything else and procrastinate.

So story-time: 

When I was in grade 9 I decided that I didn’t want to write in cursive anymore, I wanted my writing to be like everyone else’s in class. So I changed how I held my pen and learnt to print. It was stupid, I know. In my own defence all I ever heard was how hard my writing was to read, though now I think that had more to do with the fact that hardly anyone in my state learnt to read or write cursive rather than it genuinely being messy.

So now here I am, more than a decade later regretting my decision and relearning cursive. My partner says it will take about three weeks of practice for my hand to remember how to form the letters. I have a word document of typed cursive coming home tonight for me to practice. My writing is cramped still and I really need to work on my spacing but apparently not that bad. The part that really confuses my partner, I’m left handed and write on a right handed slant with the pad held the left hand way.
