This is by far my favourite version of this song
I think this one feels the most as an actual lullaby. The version with David Tibet whispering is kinda creepy, and with the one sung by Nick Cave I can just focus on his deep sexy voice and and it doesn't precisely makes me want to sleep lol. So yeah, I think in this version David's vocals sound the most relaxing

David Tibet For: @mrkaset
Do you have a favorite Current 93 or other David Tibet album? I don't follow him much, but I like Black Ships Eat the Sky a lot. Honeysuckle Aeons is great too. Those albums just came out at the right time for my life.
I haven't listened to those yet, but I'm interested in Black ships eat the sky.
My favourite Current 93 album is Thunder Perfect Mind. It has my absolute favourite song by them: "In the heart of the wood and what I found there". Some months ago I listened to The light is leaving us all, and I loved it too, I think it may be my second favourite. If I lived in the UK I would like to go to one of David Tibet's art exhibitions :p
Btw, I originally found out about Current 93, Coil, and other related bands thanks to an iceberg of creepy songs or albums. The first ever Current 93 song I heard was "I have a special plan for this world" xD
