Well, many interesting things have arisen in the past few days. Time for an unplanned News and Such.

Let's start with the big one. The Curiosity Cube has been opened. For those of you who don't know what the Curiosity Cube is/was, it was an experiment in multiplayer gameplay. It was very simple: A room with nothing but the cube in it. The players would individually destroy “cubelets” to get closer to the center of the cube. The more they destroyed, the more they learned about whatever was inside.

It's been completed by Bryan Henderson. The inside of the cube contained a game called “Godus,” which is a game about people controlling their own worlds. That isn't the kicker, though. Bryan Henderson will be the ultimate god. He will rule the game. He will literally get to help make the game, get some of the profit from the game, and more. This is literally going to change everything. Nothing like this has ever been tried before.

I'm kind of nervous. From the interview I looked over, Bryan doesn't seem to be like a mean person, but it's still off-putting. I don't know. What do you guys think?

Moving on. If I hadn't made it clear that I wasn't impressed with the Xbox One (Speaking of which, it came to my attention several days ago that people were having issues watching the release on their 360s because the Kinect kept picking up whatever the announcer said. Ha!), allow me to now.

I AM NOT BUYING IT.

Sony is getting a kick out of this too. Have you all seen this?

I literally have no words. I wanted to die of laughter. I literally called B4NE in the middle of one of his games just to tell him about this. I can't.

Let's talk about something less bitch-slappy, shall we? For example... Sonic Lost Worlds.

I love Sonic to death, but it amazes me that he's still breathing. He is an icon in every sense of the word. He started out with humble beginnings, made a name for himself, worked with others to get closer to the top, and crashed and burned. He went through rehab, and is starting to slowly pull himself back up to reality.

So, Sonic Lost Worlds. Will it be any good? I don't know. I do know that it looks mysteriously similar to both Super Mario Galaxy and the unreleased game Sonic X-treme. X-treme (yes, that really was going to be its name) was originally going to come out for the Sega Saturn, but never saw the light of day, due to a whole mess of issues. While some smaller aspects did come out of it, this is the closest I have seen to the engine yet.

Speculation. Anyway.
