02: What was your favorite book growing up?
I had so many favourite books. Literally all I did was read. One of them was Ruby Holler.
08: What’s the best piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten?
Some of the things I like the best are when people add notes to their bookmarks, because they’re not intending for me to see it? And sometimes they say the sweetest things. Like when they tag it with a whole bunch of exclamation marks, ‘fUCK’, notes about crying, ‘Like, just pour Matt Murdock pining all over me and fuck me up’, ‘also the end kills me ok brace yourself’, and all sorts of other things that basically make me roll around on the floor squealing about these people saying such nice things to me? it just melts my cold dead heart you have no idea
09: What’s the worst piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten?
I’ve been yelled at for identifying characters as autistic before, even though I didn’t take anything that wasn’t in canon. I also got one weird comment that said something about how I was why abortion should be acceptable, which I didn’t understand at all.Â
34: Describe your writing space.
Lol, my house is currently a disaster cause our living room is being renovated, so the kitchen table or outside if it’s not super hot. During the school year, usually in the bed in my apartment.
48: If you could write the next book of any series, which one would it be, and what would you make the book about?
I’m not sure I could ever do that? It would be WAY too much pressure and I wouldn’t want to fuck it up.

Apparently, the nearest body of water in the small Eastern Washington town was their water tower. At least, he thought it was a water tower. It was dark, but all he could feel above him was a metal dome and he had seen a water tower on his way into town. At least no one but Abe had seen him die--by falling off a cliff this time--so his secret was still safe. Now, to figure out how to get out.Â
