Before there was chattel slavery, there was the serf. Many hold on to racism because racism is the only reason the majority of their bloodline stop being disposable serfs and started to have any semblance of quality of life.

The predation of fellow people because of perceived minor differences or advantages is fascism. Stealing art from an indie artist means you don’t understand what “indie” means or the point of being an artist. Tell me how that is not a fascist perspective?

You take without giving. Then you say those with needs are the problem to be eliminated. Odd.

Someone who thinks “wealthy doctors” need to be violently purged but never thinks critically about the Hospital administration, the corporate board of the hospital chain, or the insurance companies who manipulate healthcare access and even influence medical school graduation rates and cost of medical schooling at the government level.

Same facile and easily manipulated attitude that leads you to mock those who continue to emphasize that your class enemy isn’t someone who drives a BMW but the person who sets the salaries of who gets to drive a BMW and the person who determines how much that BMW costs. You don’t even realize that BMWs are not that high end of a car and there are people who drive cars, multiple, worth millions and often don’t drive at all because they yacht and fly private. Taylor Swift is a poor hick to them.

Similar to how the fascist ecological argument is so subtle. Too many “people having children”, but not too many billionaires and factories? Not too many military bases?

You have no compassion and that’s why your politics are incoherent and “based”. It all comes back to egoism.

EDIT: How to actually check if a source is credible:

- Identify the author and check their credentials. Also, see who their employer is, and consider how it might impact their biases.

- Compare headlines to the actual content of the article. Is it intentionally misleading to provoke an emotional response? Think about whether it's done to intentionally misdirect people.

- Check the date the article was published. When it was released could change if the information is outdated.

- Fact check the story by using websites like FactCheck.org.

- Dig deep to see if the news article cites sources and traceable quotes.

- Check if the URL has any misspellings or odd use of language.

Important things to remember:

Always consult multiple sources - Social media is NOT a reliable source (looking at you, Facebook)

- Be open minded and fight against confirmation bias.

- Avoid predictive searching so you don't get trapped in an echo chamber.

P.s. I save quite a few things from Twitter. When I do, I look who posted it, what their credentials are, if that's corroborated elsewhere, who else endorses them, etc. (Usually it's from researchers whose work I already knew from years back.) That doesn't mean they or the info is certainly infallible; it's just due diligence, to the extent I can.
