Summary:

AU where MK is a cambion and his powers are only awakened after he picks up Ruyi Jingu Bang. (He feeds on the platonic affection and love for his family.)

Macaque finds out what MK is.  He finds out Sun Wukong hasn't told his own successor about his true nature. He does the Monkey King a favour and tells the kid the bad news in a way meant to give MK anxiety and self-doubt.

MK learns that he's a leech, and doesn't know how long he's been (potentially) hurting his family. Even though he wasn't aware that it was happening, the guilt is crushing. He feels gross.

Felt like drawing someone in a stupid frilly dress of some sort.......Ended up with Logic! (CuddleBug au Moon) I have never done him in color so he has the generic Moon palette and placement!

He is...probably one of the one's I'd LEAST expect to be convinced for any reason to wear one.....(and my only TECHNICALLY Old Moon boyo......in an au about cuddling and such...............water vs rock type deal I guess!) Butttttttt his usual uniform is also kinda frilly leaning anyways XD

I lied....

But like....TSAMS au's aren't REALLY the same as a DCA au now are they....?

And I only have my Starboy au (made for the sake of shipping angst/fluff and general shenanigans)

But what is...CuddleBug au....welp, imma do it!

CUDDLEBUG AU RANT TIME : DDD I haven't Ironed out all the details yet but...

What if Eclipse wasn't evil, he was just a touch starved, jealous jerk?

Sun and Moon's relationship has always been...complicated. I mean why wouldn't it be, they used to share a body and...well that was a NIGHTMARE.

But things are different now, Moon's trying to be a better brother and...well they're trying their best, but...their relationship with touch, especially positive touch with each other? They're still working on it...

But, then you have Eclipse.

He's been isolates, feels betrayed, left behind, abandoned. Eclipse will NOT admit to being jealous of the (often stilted and awkward) relationship of the brothers, something he himself never got to experience. He's not happy.

And he eventually makes Lunar and has grand schemes of making the brother pay for ABANDONING HIM (even tho they didn't even know he...existed)

And Lunar manages to take over Moon for awhile, and they try to stay low except one minor thing...

Lunar is a cuddlebug.

He loves touch and sharing physical touch with others, its a sensory thing.

And...well brothers share physical affections right? Like hugs and...cuddling's not far off is it?

He ABSOLUTELY blows his cover, cause...well Moon's very....awkward sharing affection, so 'Moon' suddenly hugging Sun or leaning into him...is NOT normal.

And this is how Lunar opens a can of worms that is sharing platonic affection and cuddling each other!

All relationships are planned to be PURELY platonic, normalize platonic displays of affection!!!! >:(

Gonna absolutely involve fluff, HEALTHY COMMUNICATION something they all bloody need, found family and getting better together <3
