Ingredients: 1 bottle dry white wine. 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1/4 cup lime juice. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/4 cup white rum. Soda water, for topping. Ice cubes, for serving.
Instructions: Add cucumber slices, basil, mint, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and rum to a pitcher. It should be pretty full. Mix everything together well, then put it in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors blend. Add ice cubes to the glasses, pour in the sangria mix, and top off with soda water.
