I’ve been neglecting my hector for a while I felt like I should take some photos. hes always so much fun to pose in weird positions.
His blood body blush is chipping, it held up pretty well considering how rough i been playing with him. Cuarto dolls make some amazing dolls, you just have to do a couple things to reallllllly enjoy them and get the full potential out of them. Just restring them with better elastics and maybe wire depending on the string and you get the best poses.
Its been  along time since i touche dmy camera as well, if orgot how to use it.>.>
I feel for people who don't think they got a good return on their investment in a Cuarto Dragon, but I think that a lot of them don't grasp that this is a completely hand-cast bjd and all made by a single person. The price reflects the complexity of making the doll, it isn't all profit. As for loose stringing, no one can win there because tight stringing can break the doll in transit, so it's better for it to be too loose than too tight.

I bought a Cuartodoll dragon and whereas I do like the doll a lot, at the same time I feel very frustrated because she was not strung tightly enough initially, so I had to restring her right away. I have tried guides for restringing these dragons, and in the process two of the hooks got bent, so I had to borrow them from another doll. At this point I don't even want to look at the dragon. I feel so disappointed and question if I wasted my money.

Cuartodoll will release dragons with wings. And wings (and the extra shoulder parts) separately of course. As awesome as they look (and as realistic too, I'd believe them that they can carry the dragon), I'm thankfully not convinced by them... the super huge shoulder joint is meh, and that the wings aren't jointed themself... no, thank you.
