C/P element 4, resize 55, duplicate, flip

C/P element 57, resize 50, duplicate mirror, flip, duplicate free rotate right 90, duplicate, flip

C/P element 67, resize 20, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, merge these layers together, duplicate, free rotate right 45, resize 95

C/P element 33, resize 30, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, free rotate right 90 duplicate, mirror, flip

C/P tube resize as needed

C/P element 39, resize 60

C/P element 3, resize 40

C/P element 5, resize 35

Add drop shadows

Copy merged, paste as new layer.

Use radial blur with the following settings:

Set properties to soft light

Add name and credits

Open a new image 650x650

Select all

Copy paper11 and paste into selection

Load Mask 97 and apply, merge group

C/P moon, resize 50

C/P cloud, resize 60

C/P manor, resize 50

C/P grass, resize 70

C/P tree, resize 50, duplicate, mirror

C/P tree leaves, resize 40

C/P weeds, resize 40

C/P werewolf, resize 30

C/P light, resize 60

Add drop shadows to these elements, I used Eye Candy Perspective shadow

Now hide your mask layer, and merge visible

Load the same mask again and apply. Duplicate

C/P frame, resize 65, free rotate right 90

C/P Blood drop, erase the top part

C/P tube, resize as needed

C/P netting, resize 40

C/P bush, resize 50

C/P ribbon3, resize 60

C/P ribbon1, resize 60

C/P rose, resize 35

C/P ribbon2, resize 70

C/P twig, resize 60, flip, mirror

Add drop shadows

Copy merge and paste as new layer

Go to Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur with the following settings: 

Set to properties to dodge

Add text and credits

That's it!

C/P brushedgrass1, resize 50. Use it to fill in space around the pool. Add brushed grass 2 for variation, also resizing to 50 .

C/P flowers1, resize 40. Add those in among the grass

C/P flowers2, resize 30, also put those in with the grass

C/P bling leaves, resize 40. Do a few layers of these and scatter them about.

C/P Willows, resize 50. Now I duplciated and scattered these and resized them differently.

C/P fence, resize 60

C/P flowers4, resize 20

C/P butterflies, resize 60

C/P puffs, resize 50

C/P frog2, resize 40

C/P light effects

C/P tube, resize as needed

C/P books, resize 25

C/P bottle, resize 15
