By using this tutorial, I am assuming you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.

Open a new image 500x500

Select all

Copy paper5 and paste into selection

Load mask of choice and apply, merge group.

C/P clock, resize 80

C/P butterflies, resize 80

C/P tube, resize as needed

C/P flower1

C/P flower pot, resize 30 duplicate mirror

C/P flowers, resize 35 (on the flower pot)

C/P flowers 2, resize 30 (on other pot) duplicate mirror

C/P bird bath, resize 50

C/P flower3, resize 50 duplicate mirror

C/P flower5, resize 40

C/P leaf bunch, resize 10 duplicate

C/P grass2, resize 60 duplicate mirror

Just to make it easier on you and me both, I shortened the instructions in my tuts a bit, abbreviating the most commonly used actions.

My abbreviations:

C/P - copy/paste

s/f/d - select all, float, defloat

Open a new image 600x600

Select all, copy paper4 and paste into selection

Load mask of choice and apply, merge group.

C/P element 17, resize 65

C/P element 57

C/P element 22, resize 45 duplicate, mirror, flip

C/P element 55, resize 80 (I duplicated because I'm going to animate name them ani1_1 and ani1_2)

C/P tube

Move the bottom right swirly element to the top

C/P element 4, resize 70

C/P element 9 (duplicate to animate name them ani2_1 and ani2_2)

Now resize all to 500x500

Add text of choice and credits

Save here if you don't wish to animate

If you want to animate, add a new rater layer and FF white, send to bottom

Hide ani2_2 and ani1_2, copy merged

Paste in AS as new animation

Go back to PSP and unhide Ani2_2 and Ani1_2, copy merged

In AS paste after current frame

Set frame properties to 20/100th sec

View your animation. If you like it, save as optimized gif and that's it!

Now I want to add some glittery animation.

If you dont want to animate, save here and you're finished.

If you do, make sure you add a new raster layer FF white and send to bottom.

Ok so for my animation, I'll work in PSP. After you've added your desired effects to your tag, duplicate your tube layer twice.

Use your magic wand tool (or point to point or freehand selection, whatever works best for you) and select the areas of lace on the lingerie

Once selected, start with the top of your tube layers. (Make sure you leave selected till the end.

Go to adjust>add/remove noise>add noise

On the first layer, use the settings of gaussian, 40% monochrome checked. Hide that layer

On the second layer change it to 45%

On the last, make it 35%

Hide the last 2 layers

Ok so copy merged and take it over to Animation Shop. Paste as new animation.

In PSP, hide that first layer, unhide the second. copy merged, and in AS paste after current frame.

Repeat for the last layer.

Now view your animation, if you're please with it, save as an optimized gif and that's it!

Use Tramages pool shadow default, then duplicate and mirror

C/P tube, resize as needed

C/P element 9b, resize 50, flip, duplicate, mirror

C/P element 15, resize 50

C/P element 13, resize 40

C/P element 8, resize 45, duplicate, mirror

Add your drop shadows, text of choice and credits.

Save here if you don't wish to animate.

This will be a pretty easy ani, so open Animation Shop

In PSP hide one of the gold chain layers. Copy merged. In AS, paste as new animation

Back to PSP, swap the visible chain layers and copy merged. in AS paste after current frame.

Copy the first frame, and paste it after the last (2nd) frame.

On the first frame, go to Effects>Inset Image Transition - Fade Transition length 1.0, frames for second 6fps

Do the same for frame 8.

View your animation, if you like the results, save as an optimized gif and you're done!

Open template, hit shift+d to duplicate. Close original.

Delete credit layer, flower, star, butterfly and wordart.

S/F/D on the circle, c/p paper 3, invert, delete.

C/P frame1, resize 65

C/P e1, resize 60

On the heart layer, change to color to a light color from your tube.

Now S/F/D on the heart, C/P tube close up, invert delete. Set properties to soft light.

C/P tube and resize as needed

C/P e5, resize 35, duplicate, mirror

C/P e2, resize 30, duplicate, mirror

C/P e3, resize 20, duplicate, mirror

C/P e9, resize 30

C/P e13, resize 35

Add drop shadows

Add text of choice and credits.

If you don't want to add the animation, save here.

Ok so in AS, open the animation. Delete the first frame. Now you'll see there is a total of 15 frames

In PSP on your tag, copy merged.

In AS paste as new animation. Hit paste after current frame, enough so you have 15 frames.

Now go to select all, and make sure you hit propogate paste.

In the animation, hit select all.

Now you can drag the ani into your tag, but MAKE SURE, you drag it from the first frame of the ani to the FIRST FRAME of the tag.

View it, and if you're satisfied, save as an optimized .gif

I want to animate this tag, so I'll add a new raster layer and FF white, sending it to the bottom.

I'm going to make the globe on the staff of the tube glow. If you aren't using this tube, there is a staff in the scrapkit you could use instead.

But first, I want to add some effects to my tube. So i duplicate it twice. On the bottom tube, I added a gaussian blur of 2.00, set properties to multiply. On the middle tube, add the same gaussian blur. On the top layer, lower the opacity to about 70. Then I merged those layers together.

Add your drop shadows.

Add your text of choice and credits

So at this point if you don't wish to animate, then you can hide the white background and save as a .png.

Open Animation Shop

This will be a really simple animation.

In PSP, duplicate the tube (or staff if you used that). Then use your selection tool to select the globe area.

On one of the tubes, go to illumination effects, sunburst with the following settings. 

Hide the other tube.

Copy merged, and in AS, paste as new animation

Back in PSP, hide the one layer, unhide the other, copy merged.

In AS, paste after current frame.

Now, I want to copy the first frame and paste it after the last frame.

So right now you should have 3 frames.

On the first frame, go to Effects, Insert Image Transition. We're going to use fade with the following settings: Transititon length 1.0 sec. Frames per second - 6 fps.

After you apply that effect, you will have a total of 9 frames. Go to frame 8 and repeat the fade.

This will leave you with a total of 15 frames. View animation, and from there, save as an optimized gif.
