Throwback to one of my favourite classes to teach. Using the Octagon frame, but you can do most with TRX, and improvise the rest. I did 45 seconds each, 15 second rest/move to next exercise, 3 times over. Warm up, cool down, and stretch and you should be done in 30mins. This is not an ALIS situation.

Had a great day out at The Crystal Maze Experience today with my Brother in law. We won 10 Crystal's and in the Crystal Maze we got 150 Gold tickets.
