A while back I came upon a post by @substancecafe about using cryo distilled milk for milk beverages, and I finally had a chance to try it out this morning. The milk was visibly denser than usual, and although the texture after frothing was the same as usual, it was incredibly sweet. I poured it over a nice, nutty Brazilian roasted by @bloomcoffeebg, and the result was so yummy that I gilped it in 4 sips 🙂 Then I tried the frothed milk, and it was like you dumped a spoonfull of sugar into it. #cryodistillation #specialtycoffee https://www.instagram.com/p/B-0PW_uDj8N/?igshid=gvl03yjpuc8g
