1. Shiki: Its almost Halloween so definitely try out this one which I regard as one of if not the best horror anime of all time. It doesn’t rely on jump scares or cheap tricks and most of the time its not so much “scary” as it is “horrible”. I can’t say much more without spoiling it!

2. Code Geass OVA spinoff series Akito the Exiled: I’ve been meaning to watch this for a while. If you like Code Geass you’ll probably enjoy it but not as much as the main series.

3. Death Parade: If No Game No Life was about death games that decided if you went to heaven or hell with intense personal drama.

5. Jormungand: If you loved Black Lagoon Stop what you’re doing right now and watch this (Btw Black Lagoon is also going). The plot is that this psycho arms dealer adopts a kid whose spent his whole life on the battlefield. The two go around having gun battles and developing an evil villain plot.

6. Robotics;Note: Adapted from the same series of visual novels as Steins;Gate this is a story about a club that wants to build a giant robot with supernatural elements in the background. Not as good as Steins;Gate of course but still has some great characters.

7. Gosick: A little bit of romance a lot of Sherlock Homes type mystery. Honestly not the best show but still worth a watch if you love classic mysteries.
