Here are some SECRETS as an ex-employee that everyone should know 🤫

1. DON'T ever buy cookies late in the day.

By then, they might not be as fresh as you expect, especially if they've been sitting out for a while. (Hence “raw”)

2. If you want your cookies to be extra warm, ask for them to be reheated.

We can pop them in the warmer for a few seconds to make them chewy and delicious. 😋
