recreating crumbl's m&m cookies
1/3 cup (75g) butter, room temp
1/2 cup (85g) light brown sugar
3 tbsp (38g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp malted milk powder
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
2/3 cup (115g) m&mβs, plus extra for topping
*cream together butter and sugars, then mix in egg and vanilla. in another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, corn starch, malked milk powder (optional) and flour. add the dry to the wet and gently fold. try not to overmix, then add in the m&m's. chill an hour in the fridge before baking. bake at 325 for 12-15 min depending on how big they are! mine were huge, around 4.5 oz.
