Here it is, folks, the thing you never knew you needed in your life: a single comprehensive data sheet telling you how to get the exact wand, patronus, and Hogwarts and Ilvermorny sortings you want on Pottermore. I’ve made it as dead simple as I can manage, using data supplied by other people from reddit and tumblr. Send any questions to this ask box or to [email protected] . Make a copy for yourself, so you can edit it if you want, and use Views and Filters and alphabetic column sorting, to help you narrow down your selections. 

Do whatever you want with it; I’m not placing restrictions on how this document is used. If you think you can improve it, streamline it, or add data that it’s missing, then be my guest; I’d love to see how much better this can get.

The sheer volume of data and information available in times of crises has increased substantially since the launch of the ‘data revolution.’ This data, be it reported by bystanders or collected via machine, can illuminate the real human impact of crises in exciting, and often disheartening, ways.
