Wait, is that a fake arch like the one trump wants to put up? This entire shit needs the best psychologists, sociologists, scientists, in the world studying this trump era in American history. Trump's own special form of jank needs to be studied. All of this needs to be studied in depth. Analyzed, computed, sealed, never repeated. But first, we have to somehow pull this shit off the nation because it's on tight like a snake's skin.

^^^ Well, I really could imagine a spontaneous national Mardi Gras breaking out – if that's what Trump means by crowd size.

So while I am willing to believe this is partly related to the weather, I am FAR more convinced that it is because he doesn't want the humiliation and embarrassment he faced last time of having to get his winged monkeys to lie about the size of the crowd.

When 25 people turn up to stand in front of the podium and he has to compare the crowds to Biden's, and Obama's, he would have had to start to lie and lie and lie.

So instead he moves it inside. So no one will see.

And his "inauguration crowd" will be smaller than any in previous history, but that will be excused because he will be in the Rotunda.

His excuse? It's cold.

Anyone who didn't see this coming wasn't paying attention.
