So I got off track a little yesterday. I did my workout, had my shake and all was going well. Then, it went sideways. I volunteered at a vet outreach clinic which was amazing! We treated 45 dogs and cats of people in need in five hours! We had four exam tables going and no one stopped for a second. Even though I had my food, I just didn't have the time to eat it. I'm so happy and grateful to be a part of such a great cause. BUTTTTT by the time I got home I was beyond hungry. And then I dipped into some Halloween candy and it was all over. I over indulged, a lot 🙊 That was yesterday and today was a new day. A long and sweaty workout at CrossFit YKV, followed by a delicious chocolate shakeO and on point with the rest of my meals. Sunday is meal prep day and I have my meal plan for the week, my lunches prepared and I'm ready for a good week. I even make a soup for the very first time in my life. Thanks @guzmananne for the potato/leek recipe, it's very tasty! I'm looking forward to the next official challenge which starts December 1st to get me feeling great in time for the holidays. Oh and the new #shakeology flavour, Cafe Latte, is delicious IF you like the taste of iced coffee.
