Gathering all paperwork, hotelbill, boarding pass and business cards, I can't help but reminisce on this week's event. I had the wonderful opportunity to participate this year's Customer Advisory Board for Oracle CRM On Demand. We have been able to talk about the new features planned,new ideas we had,and challenges we encounter while working and deploying this awesome CRM. One of the requests that came up was one of a user community. While none was on the road map, I immediately started thinking about it.
