Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice. 1 cup kimchi, finely chopped. 1/2 cup scallions, chopped. 1/2 cup carrots, grated. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Vegetable oil for waffle iron.
Instructions: Put the cooked rice, chopped kimchi, scallions, and grated carrots in a large bowl. Beat the eggs in a different bowl, then add them to the rice. Combine well. Put the all-purpose flour, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk. After adding the batter to the rice, mix everything together by stirring it in. Warm up your waffle iron and use a little vegetable oil to coat it.
