Ingredients: 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 10 carrots, 2 heads napa cabbage, two packs of gnocchi, grated asiago cheese for topping, herbes de provence and salt
*These amounts fed five incredibly hungry farmers, so adjust ingredient amounts as needed!
Michelle made this dish by first sauteing the onions, garlic, and carrots in olive oil. Once the vegetables softened she added the napa cabbage. After the cabbage wilted she added the quart jar of canned tomatoes, herbes de provence and salt.
The gnocchi was cooked according to package instructions, and added into the vegetables. Served hot with asiago cheese on top, yum!
