while nightstar survives the carrion sickness, he's exctemely weak. tigerclaw is able to become deputy and effectively run the clan, much to the anger of many shadowclan cats. with him, come snag and mowgli.

mowgli isn't formally an apprentice, but tigerclaw effectively mentors him. i have no idea how old they're supposed to be, but some fic got the idea of mowgli being an apprentice in my head and i don't think it effects anything.

tangleburr has a kit, dandelionkit, a mostly white she-cat with pale ginger patches.

brackenfoot passes from the carrion sickness.

later in the season, nightstar passes, and tigerstar succeeds him. (was this manipulation by tigerclaw? most definitely.)

he appoints blackfoot deputy.

mowgli becomes a warrior, nightwhisper. shadowclan has no elders, but they would hypothetically be pissed about this name. the lack of elders is, actually, the only reason tigerstar can name him nightwhisper.

rowanpaw is apprenticed to jaggedtooth, but cedarkit dies. dandelionkit also dies.

because deadstar and bluestar do fight, mudclaw dies. deadstar appoints sorrelheart as his new deputy.

pinepaw is apprenticed to barkface, but droughtkit passes away.

quailblossom has a litter of kits, sapkit (white and red tom with a light undercoat), cresskit (tabby tom), heartkit (white and pale cream tom), juniperkit (mostly white tom), shadekit (mottled red tom), and iciclekit (pale ginger she-cat).
