Y’all. I just have to brag on my parents for a minute. They knew my time was short between shows, and I needed something easily portable yet professional for the awnings to pull the “Les Fleurs Parisienne” meets stationery pop up shop together. These came in the mail yesterday and are SO PERFECT. It takes a village to build a business, y’all. Lesa and Gene Carlisle are amazing, creative, innovative, supportive and loving souls. I couldn’t be prouder and more honored to call them my parents. I met Margaret this morning on my sunrise walk. She was blowing giant bubbles in the light of the sunrise to the sound the ocean waves. There was something poetic about her movements and I couldn't help but stop to watch her for a few minutes. I asked her if I could share a few photos of her, and she laughed like it was so silly.
