Two things happen nearly every Sunday at JWK World Headquarters. I do the week's ironing (usually listening to a book or talking to a friend on the phone) and I lay in the bath for an hour reading. Although ironing isn't "fun" I find it meditative and satisfying. Reading in the tub is a bit of self-care that pays huge dividends.
