So I’ve noticed a pattern. When I feel emotionally distraught or generally uneasy, I create. I do it every time. It can be a project around the house, a change of decor, a change of personal style, writing and more writing, a new painting, a slew of new photos, new digital designs and art, new online art shops...it doesn’t matter.
That’s how I cope. That’s how I heal. Creative expression is therapy for my soul 💯
