I tell my clients all the time that the smallest wins matter the most because they train your mind to start seeing progress instead of failure.
One healthy meal matters. One workout matters. One honest conversation matters. One day of discipline matters. One moment of awareness matters. Small wins repeated daily become the foundation of a completely different life.
The problem is most people compare every small step to some giant expectation they created in their mind. When the expectation is not met, disappointment takes over.
