So, I was thinking I'd be making a Pokemon. He'd exist to say "Fuck you" to hazard removal.

So far, I have no clues on design or moveset, but I do have at least the specs for him to be a hazard keeper. Mostly in his abilities and type.

Stats: 80/70/120/70/120/50 Ability: Competitive Hidden Ability: Defiant Type: Ghost/Dark

Obviously, the idea is that since he's a Ghost Type, he's already a spinblocker, and with his abilities, Defoggers either can't do their jobs or risk creating a monster. The Ghost/Dark typing was chosen because it has the fewest weaknesses, with one(Fairy)
