Indulge in the rich and creamy delight of homemade ice cream infused with the irresistible flavor of praline sauce. This decadent treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings on hot summer days or any time you need a delightful dessert.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup praline sauce store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix it around until the sugar is gone. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it is very cold. Put the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it for the amount of time the manufacturer says, which is usually between 20 and 25 minutes. During the last five minutes of churning, add the praline sauce slowly until it's spread out evenly in the ice cream. Put the ice cream that has been churned into a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. If you want, you can add more praline sauce to the top of the ice cream scoops.
