crocheting is so much more time consuming
I am a knitter but years ago I learnt how to crochet granny squares, but that was all. After finishing a bunch of knitted scarves (the cheating ruffle ones that take an hour or two to make). I decided to venture our and crochet one. I'm not even using a pattern, just making it up. It is looking good, but taking so long, not sure if i will ever do this again. Might just stick to knitting :)
