Ingredients: 1 lb crawfish tails, cooked and peeled. 1 cup cream cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced celery. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning. 1 teaspoon hot sauce. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce.
