Ingredients: 200g cooked crab meat. 1 avocado, diced. 1 cucumber, diced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon honey. Sushi rice, prepared.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix crab meat, avocado, and cucumber. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey to make spicy mayo sauce. Layer sushi rice at the bottom of a serving ring or mold. Top with a layer of the crab mixture. Drizzle some spicy mayo sauce over the crab mixture. Repeat layers until the mold is filled, finishing with a layer of crab mixture on top. Carefully remove the mold. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
