We've covered Marvel Super Heroes quite a few times before on the channel and it was a superb follow up to X-Men Children of the Atom. Sure it's totally unbalanced in many areas, but the craziness just makes it all the more fun and the 2D sprite artwork remains some of the very best in the industry.
Beating the game on one credit isn't that hard as Capcom thankfully hugely turned down the difficulty from X-Men COTA, so the A.I. doesn't block every attack you throw at it perfectly. Dr. Doom is one of the bosses who was playable via a cheat code originally, but the new MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics port makes selecting him really easy via the option menu.
He is a very powerful character and you can easily pin your opponent to the other side of the screen with the amount of full screen projectile attacks he has. When fighting him, getting in close is your best option combine with air jumps, to avoid most of his range attacks. Plus he also has one of the greatest win poses in fighting game history, hence the thumbnail.
It's a superb game and I don't need to say any more, just check out our previous videos on it, if you want more.
