Growth isn’t just a word, it’s a process – and often not comfortable one, at that! . . I’ve definitely been going through my own uncomfortable growth process – to be honest it’s been going on for quite a while. . . Throughout Pluto’s transit to my Sun 🐐 I’ve been through a lot, but things really kicked up a gear when Saturn entered Capricorn. 🪐 . . I learnt a lot about growth from a different perspective when I began studying counselling skills – one of Jupiter’s gifts to me from his journey through my 8th House. 🙏🏻 . . Writing a reflective journal exploring my personal experiences and really analysing myself was such an illuminating and liberating experience – I grew in many different ways through this process. . . My counselling teacher pointed out that I’m not afraid to sit on my growing edge, which always made me giggle 🤭 . . But actually it’s true; I was really honest with myself throughout the reflective process because I knew it would be a waste of time if I shied away from the nitty gritty. . .
