well my first advice would be to observe the characters from the show and try and see if u can break down how they’re made kinda ?? like if u want to make a saiyan, see how saiyans are written and see if u can find patterns in their designs and personalities and stuff!

second, HAVE FUN AND DONT LIMIT YOURSELF !!!  if you want to make a saiyan oc with pink hair DO IT !!!!  if u want them to go super saiyan god DO IT !!!!  its YOUR oc and you should be able to have fun with it !!!  honestly just do whatever sounds fun for you :3 thats my advice

No no, I can totally hear it! That'd be an interesting thought, though.. I do love me some Bad Futures.

And I found other tracks that sound like CD-esque versions of Unleashed tracks!

Network Terminal Inside is Rooftop Run Night Good Future (well... more like Neutral Future, but they use the same funky guitar, and NT is more in a major key and uses a “futuristic” synth):

Metropolitan Highway is Skyscaper Scamper Good Future (same “futuristic city” sounds ans similar synth, but MH is much more cheerful. Metropolis itself looks like the Good Future version of Empire City anyway):

While Sunset Heights would be the perfect fit for Rooftop Run Day Bad Future, especially as the stage itself is Spagonia Bad Future, Arsenal Pyramid could also work, due to being so similar to SH in the first place. SH has the same guitars as RR, AP has the piano.
