exercise. walk the dog once a day; do bodyweight exercises, e.g. sets of 20 squats; 30 minutes on the stationary bike a few times a week

eat well. continue to be mindful of how i’m nourishing and fueling myself; drink less

keep in touch. respond to people’s IG stories; initiate text convos; set up google hangouts

journal. keep in touch with myself day-to-day, be aware of my emotional and mental state, and practice translating it into words for myself

write. develop a rough outline of my next d&d campaign; then a more detailed outline; get first draft pages of my projects on paper, regardless of quality; revisit & continue my alanna spec script/canon rewrite

create. finalize a tracklist and start arranging cover mix; any non-work video stuff, editing projects

watch. maybe finally watch the witcher? the l word gen q? taking suggestions

take care. be mindful of my posture; amp up my skincare routine; snuggle with dog; maintain a consistent sleep schedule

generally trying to reign myself in from all the chaos, helplessness, and numinous umbral faint-but-all-consuming unease by keeping each component thing concrete and practicable
