Why am I so obsessed with London and England even though I detest Tory ideology, anything connected to Thatcher, that vulgar hag, stubborn class cult, the insane city boy hunger for money without any idea what money used to stand for (the honest work of the people) ... as it does not stand for that anymore, but just for insane financial speculation holding the whole world hostage. As the cursed highway to certain annihilation.

... not to mention the ghastly weather, most of the female voices one gets to hear, and the weird absence of any flirty or erotic element in public (the city is ruled by same-sex bands, usually rather ugly folks, at least if female, yet usually not gay but rather drunk or busy with money mongering).

So in so many ways London and the UK are the very heart of sick and hopeless evil.

But then I thought: why should a strong and active person only love and adopt things, people, places, traditions, disciplines that are already good, happy and perfect?

There is nothing for them TO DO!

The only thing needed: a somewhat erotic, visceral, charismatic nexus between the lover and that filthy thing he has chosen to love -- so that there can be an influence for the better, however subtle, slow and subterranean ...
