So I've never had therapy of any kind before and I'm supposed to have my first ever session in a couple of days and I'm freaking out. I have absolutely no idea what's gonna happen. I definitely organised it with a problem in mind but it's been a few days and it's already been pushed out of my brain to make room for the new worries about having to talk to a stranger on the phone about god knows what so that they can maybe diagnose me with symptoms syndrome or something idk idk how any of this works I feel like they're gonna ask me what my problem is and I'll immediately forget every problem I've ever had. "I have many problems" "name one" "fuck" I'm a fake fan of my own brain. Do I need to make a list?? This is the least fun in the world. If you know what therapy is like please god tell me, I feel so unprepared. Like therapy is a test and I'm about to fail and do it wrong somehow. Goddd. It's over the phone as well because of Covid-19, which is just the extra stress we all wanted for this joyous occassion. Please someone share their therapy knowledge with me I'm dying
