Cotehele Cornwall One Saturday morning myself and two lovely friends went for a walk at a National Trust Estate, Cotehele in Cornwall. Yet again another place that is literally on my doorstep, that I have never been to. I didn't go into the estate house on this visit, but did walk around the quay and in the woods. The best part of the walk was the challenging walk across the river over a fallen log. It was quite funny really, I have done a skydive and a bungee jump amongst other challenges but for some reason walking across this log really freaked me out! We didn't stay for long, but I think over the Summer I will go back and have a look in the house and take a longer walk around the woods, maybe bring a picnic to eat. So so many places right on my doorstep that I have never even thought about going to. I love finding these places and really embracing what is around me locally, especially when I haven't had the chance to go abroad and adventure recently.
